Marianne Schmidt, best known as Mary, teaches, in German or English, Vinyasa Yoga in Berlin, Mitte.
In her yoga classes, you can discover the freedom and humour that enrich your daily life—an exciting path of discovery enabled through experiencing self-acceptance and meditating here-and-now. Marianne will fluently switch between teaching in German or English depending on the needs of her students, making her classes accessible for everyone who shows up to practice.
Mari’s unique teaching style combines creative & functional asana sequencing balanced with pranayama and warm ups. Her vinyasa based yoga classes are infused with body awareness, movement research, dance and breathwork. Each month has a particular focus i.e. back & shoulders, hip openers, prana, alignment or flow.
