This class is for removing tension and flowing into the body by embracing your inner child.

Tantrically weaving together embodied movement, breath work, vinyasa sequences and Savasana. This unique class structure will heighten your endorphins and leave you feeling deeply connected to bliss. 

Moving away from the trend of “striking a pose” in yoga, inner child yoga is curated to move from the inside. Releasing into the feel of asana, the awareness of Self and energy in the body. 

More than 15 years of experience in deep listening through dance performance, massage therapy and holistic bodywork influence the texture of  the class. 

YOUR GUIDE FOR INNER CHILD YOGA

Marianne Schmidt, best known as Mary, is a yoga teacher, massage therapist and the founder of “Soul Treats: Holistic Yoga, Massage and Bodywork”. 

Coming from a large German family of seven, she was born in India and raised peripatetically. In 2004, Mari discovered yoga at the moment she needed it most, immediately noticing the transformational effects of a regular yoga practice. Not long after, she was invited to expand into teaching. 

Mary’s teaching style varies from free, loud and wild to controlled, quiet and introspective, with consistent attention to breath, healthy alignment and strong emotional values, emphasizing acceptance, softness and surrender as strengths.
