Yoga, Bike & Lake Retreat 2026
“ Wild Child “
Movement, expression & deep nourishment
Sessions at the Summer
Yoga Retreat 2026
24. July - 26. July 2026
Activate, embrace and accept your “Wild Child” in the middle of summer 2026. This retreat consciously combines practices and sessions to awake and release joy by recognising and accepting the bouquet of emotions.
Learning to ride the waves is a tool to more emotional balance, compassion and self love.
Set in nature, you will move, breathe, and reconnect in a caring community of humans on a similar journey.
Consciously express and embody your inner child. Give room for deep listening and expression and continue on life’s journey empowered.

More About the Playfulness + Presence Workshop led by Grace Evangeline Holme, a Berlin-based theatre maker, actor and facilitatorThis 3-hour drama workshop is a joyful exploration of playfulness and presence, created especially for the retreat’s unique and beautiful country setting. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to show up, get curious and say yes to play! Through a carefully woven journey of drama games and storytelling exercises, we’ll awaken our imaginations, gently stretch beyond our comfort zones and deepen our connection to ourselves, one another and the natural surroundings. Rooted in fun and creativity, this session invites you to experience the simple magic of bringing our imaginations to life together.
Grace's work is grounded in collaboration, joy and community. With over a decade of experience, Grace brings a warm and encouraging energy to every s pace she holds. She has co-created outdoor performances with her collective Thesmo Kollektiv, directed theatre productions (including one about trees!) and led drama workshops at English Theatre Berlin, the Schaubühne and beyond. Drawing on improvisation, ensemble practice and storytelling, Grace helps participants find their creative voice, connect with each other and explore the transformative power of play.

About the Location
In 2008 a young couple moved away from the city, establishing Hof Freuden. They restored the buildings, designing a hall for yoga and dance, and adding playful elements such as a fire place for relaxing and stargazing, a hot tub, a trampoline, table tennis set up - the perfect match for your renewal.
The simplicity and solitude, the amazing garden with fresh vegetables and surrounding lakes create the perfect setting for holistic rejuvenation.
When you arrive here, you feel like time slows down and you can begin to let go.
