The retreat is dedicated to the harmony of stillness as a state of inner balance: Through mindful pauses and conscious movement, a space is created where the mind can settle and the body can rediscover its natural equilibrium.

The connection between deep relaxation and gentle activation not only enhances overall well-being but also strengthens inner stability and serenity. In an atmosphere of silence and mindfulness, a place emerges where harmony is not created, but experienced as a natural state of being.

Just 90 minutes from Berlin, you’ll find the space to let go, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
