Your Host
The retreat is led by Marianne Mary Schmidt, a certified E-RYT 800+ Yoga Alliance teacher with many years of experience in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and meditation.
Her classes combine precise alignment with depth, ease, and space for inward reflection – suitable for beginners with prior experience as well as advanced practitioners.

Hof Freuden is approximately 1 hour away from Berlin, Leipzig and Dresden. You can get here by train and bike (recommended) or by car/camper/mobile home.
