This weekend is created to explore practices that support the development of your inner strength. A quality which cannot be forced but rather cultivated with peace and patience.
Set in a delicately designed seminar house serving delicious meals along side a river enticing us with long autumn walks and magnificent late sunrises.
Slow flow, vinyasa and restorative yoga will bring to balance the strong and soft winter element of Water.
Water - a feminine quality, the most powerful of all elements - can move around any obstacle in its path without losing its essential nature and with time can dissolve mountains.
In the alignment workshop we will look at specific asanas that activate the water meridians - kidney and bladder - sustained by the practice of yoga Nidra, release ritual and journaling.

Getting there:
approx. 90 minutes from Berlin by car or public transport, train or bus
Optional: Train and bike! There is a lovely bike route from Angermünde train station.
Travel is organised by the retreaters. We can assist in creating car sharing or travel groups if desired.
