Location & Accommodation
The beachfront retreat centre enjoys stunning views of crystal clear water with gorgeous Mediterranean weather. Meals are locally-sourced vegetarian meals with vegan and gluten free options.
Our shala is made of natural rock and a wooden floor with panoramic view of the sea.
Structure of our Hiking and Beach Yoga Retreat:
Main language is English. German, Greek and Spanish spoken too.
Open level - with movement, yoga or sport experience required. You should be acquainted with sun salutations, standing asanas and savasana. Modifications are always available.

Special Workshops:
Personal Asana Research
The "Personal Asana Research" workshop focuses on exploring challenging yoga poses in small groups, tailoring the asanas to your body to hone your personal practice.
Aroma Yin
In Aroma Yin essential oils are placed on meridians that are targeted in the class. Their essence carried through the olfactory nervous system assists the flow of energy during the practice and brings Yin to another level.
Cacao Ceremony
Utilising the qualities of raw cacao, this ceremony will enable you to remember how it is to feel grounded with an open heart: ready to receive more joy and love in your life.
All program points are optional and no guest is required to attend.
