Taping into many methods of holistic healing techniques from energy work to massage therapy, this treatment supports the Mind-Body-Connection.

Using touch, breath awareness, sound and often conversation, we will work with the muscular and nervous systems allowing blockages to open which may result in emotional release and mental relaxation.
